During our monthly affiliation check, I noticed that our banner has been completely removed from its previous static position.
I am unsure if this was accidental or intentional (We would have appreciated a notification, but understand this is not always possibly) as well as the fact that static banners are now filled.
We would be willing to move your banner to scrolling to solve this problem if you would be interested in affiliating again with us. However, if you have decided to change your mind, we understand and will remove your banner as well.
Thank you for your time.

Because you posted a name with a link in our cbox, I am going to deny this affiliation request (assuming Kerr has not already accepted it).

i removed you because you became inactive for over a week. i saw no new posts and no new chatbox entries for that week.
edit: after speaking with them, i may have stopped by on thanksgiving and they seem to be active enough now. i've placed them back up. even though tsk tsk at the link in name.

I'm a bit confused now; I have received a notification here that our application has been denied due to a link in the c-box, but a notice on our site that we can be moved to scrolling.
(I do apologize for the c-box URL. I blame autofill, but I should have double checked before posting.)
I'm curious as to when we were inactive for over a week. There was a 5-day break during Thanksgiving week for posts on the boards, but there was a notification under the Site Updates section of our page. I checked the c-box logs as well; From the 15th of November until the present date, there has been a post almost every day. (With the exception of 3 days during Thanksgiving Break.)
I hope I am not coming across as cocky or insubordinate. It is not my intention to want to cause a dispute. I enjoy being affiliated with other active wolf RP sites, and don't want to cause a mess.
I do apologize for the confusion, but was wondering if I could have some clarification regarding if I should change the location to scrolling, or consider the request denied. (I would also like to apologize again for having the link in the c-box. I don't want to come across as trying to suck up, either, but I absolutely hate when people ignore my c-box rules, and I just ended up as one of those people.)

your affiliate has been down for a while. i can't remember when, to be honest. i check the affiliates all the time for lack of anything better to do. maybe my scan was too brief and i didn't judge correctly or jumped too soon at the removal of an affiliate. the site seemed to be inactive and the site posts from October and early November. i think i got a bit lazy and IF sites are hard to judge because i've been babied by the 'last 24 hours' part.
i made i mistake i believe, and i have placed your affiliate back into its original position. so no moving is needed. [/blockquote]

Thank you very much for understanding, and I appreciate the patience you've had in dealing with us during this situation.
I really love the 'active in the past 24 hours' portion of proboards. If I didn't love invisionfree's modding capabilities, I would definitely switch FI over to it.
A random site note, we did have a similar problem with another proboards site during October. Our board was supposed to be in maintenance mode, but the notification never came up. I'm not sure if this was during the same time, but that was at least two days of nothing while I stripped the site down and cleared out old posts.
Ah well, I am rambling, and I do apologize. ^^` Thank you again very much for your time and patience. It's greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!
